Do Even Better

You have to take action. Even though it’s difficult, you have to do it in order to come to life when it comes to faith. Your heart is really willing, and you really want to do it. You want it to happen and want to be totally changed and resurrected in your faith, but it’s hard to do (in reality) what you wish (to do) in your heart. The problem in life is it’s really hard to do the things in your heart. They won’t work out as much as you would like them to. It is difficult to do God’s Will or to do what God wants.

What does it mean to “do even better?”

It means you should not be the way you were in the past, but to do even better than in the past.
Do even better means do a bit better. For example, the basic amount of collecting firewood is four bundles, but if you can add even one more bundle, people would be shocked at how big it is. And if you add two more bundles, then people would faint because it would look like a mountain.

In this way, when you do a little bit more, the result looks completely different. It is the same in your life of faith. What should you do even better? There are a lot of things that you should do even better: You should listen to the Word better, evangelize better, improve your character, and do various other things better than in the past.

The importance of loving God and discussing with Him

But what is the *most important* thing to do better? You must do even better when it comes to loving God.

You have to discuss with God and do even better. If you do things according to God’s method, you’ll do a good job. While discussing, you have to do even better and do things according to God’s design.

“Do even better” means to raise your level. It means to do what needs to be done.
If you don’t do what needs to be done, then you’ll realize only in your heart…and only feel that you need to do better. You have to take action. Only then will you go to Heaven, and only then will you receive the Lord and can you live with the Almighty God.

Be sure to discuss with God! Then your plans will work out well. Your plans will fail unless you discuss them with God. If there are many advisors, then what you plan will come true. That is a basic principle. Knowledge, wisdom, using different methods—all of these pertain to that. If you do things without discussion, then you have no choice but to do things according to your own thinking. People with strong do things without even discussing. The stronger your opinions are, the stronger your thoughts and perception become. Thus, you should empty out all of it, receive only God’s absolute design and plan, and do only those things.

No matter who you are, if you ask God while emptying your heart and absolutely centering on Him, God will show you His design. The times when it’s easy to empty your heart is when you have prayed a lot, so you must be sure to pray a lot.

Two kinds of history are taking place: Cain’s history, which results from acting according to human-level thinking (without discussion with God) and merely ends as physical nature, ending on the earth; Abel’s history, on the other hand, results from fulfilling things according to God’s Will, and those things have turned out well. Some examples of biblical figures who turned out well and who were prosperous because they followed God’s Will include Jacob, Joseph, Moses, Abraham, etc.

Another Word you must abide by is “Ask, seek, and knock on the door; then what is better will be given to you.” So keep seeking better things and keep asking for better things.

You must live absolutely loving God. That’s the way God’s Will flows.
