SCRIPTURES

Revelation 2: 1-7

“To the angel of the church in Ephesus write:

These are the words of him who holds the seven stars in his right hand and walks among the seven golden lampstands. I know your deeds, your hard work and your perseverance. I know that you cannot tolerate wicked people, that you have tested those who claim to be apostles but are not, and have found them false. You have persevered and have endured hardships for my name, and have not grown weary.

Yet I hold this against you: You have forsaken the love you had at first. Consider how far you have fallen! Repent and do the things you did at first. If you do not repent, I will come to you and remove your lampstand from its place. But you have this in your favor: You hate the practices of the Nicolaitans, which I also hate.

Whoever has ears, let them hear what the Spirit says to the churches. To the one who is victorious, I will give the right to eat from the tree of life, which is in the paradise of God.

Revelation 3: 7-12

“To the angel of the church in Philadelphia write: These are the words of him who is holy and true, who holds the key of David. What he opens no one can shut, and what he shuts no one can open. I know your deeds. See, I have placed before you an open door that no one can shut. I know that you have little strength, yet you have kept my word and have not denied my name. I will make those who are of the synagogue of Satan, who claim to be Jews though they are not, but are liars—I will make them come and fall down at your feet and acknowledge that I have loved you. Since you have kept my command to endure patiently, I will also keep you from the hour of trial that is going to come on the whole world to test the inhabitants of the earth. I am coming soon. Hold on to what you have, so that no one will take your crown. The one who is victorious I will make a pillar in the temple of my God. Never again will they leave it. I will write on them the name of my God and the name of the city of my God, the new Jerusalem, which is coming down out of heaven from my God; and I will also write on them my new name.”

Don’t lose what you have received

If you forget the value of your blessings, you will lose these “crowns” that you have received. Those who aren’t faithful have also lost their faith. Being faithful means to absolutely believe in God, to become united with Him in love, and to do God’s work with all your heart, will, and life.  You also need to become close to the Savior in order to gain eternal benefit and live forever. Gaining eternal salvation is so tremendous!

The Israelites lost the temple of God because they disbelieved the Messiah and were consequently kicked out of God’s domain. Because Adam and Eve failed, they were also kicked out of the Garden of Eden. You need to take care of what you have been given, or else it will be taken away by Satan.

In this way, always be alert when it comes to your health and get regular check-ups. Don’t be overly confident. If you are sick, you won’t be able to enjoy life properly. Being healthy is one of the greatest blessings. . God gave you blessings so that you would be able to live together with God, the Holy Spirit, and the Holy Son Lord.

Being faithful means to love

In Revelation 2, the church in Ephesus  was rebuked for having lost their first love. You need to love in order to be faithful. In other words, being faithful is an expression of your love. Don’t forget about your first lovethe love that you have for God. If you don’t love God properly, you won’t be able to receive His love properly either. This is why you shouldn’t love in just a mediocre or “lukewarm” fashion.

Without love, you cannot live. You cannot receive salvation at the highest level without love. If one forgets to love their counterpart, they will be disqualified from attending the wedding banquet. Without love, you aren’t qualified to serve God, for God is the essence of love (1 John 4:8).

Don’t listen to those who oppose and/or slander against the Will of God; if you do so, then you will lose everything. If you spread falsehood or grumble against God, you will also lose everything. Therefore, do not lose your first love. Instead, realize and manage your faith according to the Word.
